Scotch Whisky

Scotch must be made in Scotland from water, grain and yeast has spent no less than three years in oak casks, and be bottled no lower than 40% ABV. Some Scotch has a characteristic smoky flavour but the levels of that vary, known as phenol level. We say some scotches have tasting notes of things you shouldn’t put in your body that’s why it’s great to give it to your boss or father-in-law as a gift.
