Agave
Is produced for only one type of Agave, the Agave Azul Tequilana Weber, once thought to be a member of the Lily family recently found to be classed as a “Succulent” like the asparagus. Mexican law state that Tequila can be produced anywhere in the state of Jalisco, or parts of Nayarit, Michoacan, Guanajuato and Tamaulipas.
