Irish Whiskey

Like Crisps and Submarines, Whiskies were invented in Ireland but other countries are more well known for them. Irish whiskey was once the highest regarded and top-selling whiskey in the world until Ireland got its independence and prohibition kicked in the U.S. Trading off its balance of flavour unlike astringent Scotch and Sweet or Spicy quickly matured American Whiskey, you often hear scotch lovers say Irish whiskey is too smooth, we don’t think that’s an argument….. can one be two smooth???
