Pale Ale

Pale ale is a beer which uses a top-fermenting yeast and predominantly pale malt. It is one of the world’s major beer styles originating in 1642. IPA created in 1840 is a style of pale ale which is predominantly higher in hops and generally has a higher ABV with a slightly more bitter taste than Stout and Porter 13c.
