Black Cherry – Roasted Red Pepper – Blackcurrant
A collaboration between one of Chile’s oldest and largest wineries, Vina San Pedro and the Grand Cru Classe Chateau Dassault. Two wines are produced here, Altair itself and a ‘second wine’ Sideral, designed for earlier drinking. These are polished wines with a real Chilean identity. Located in the high quality Casablanca Valley and within close proximity to the Pacific Ocean, the vineyards are situated in several exceptional sites. Bottled at 14.5% ABV.
