Red Apple – Citrus – Spice
The Columbia Valley blend from Chateau Ste. Michelle is made from numerous vineyard plots, resulting in a complex, layered Chardonnay. Malolactic fermentation followed alcoholic fermentation to add richness and complexity, and the wine was blended with 35% tank fermented Chardonnay for a fresh style. Bottled at 13.5% ABV.
