A gem from Elias Lopez, these vineyards are organically farmed and planted on ancient soils in the Tomelloso subregion of Castilla la Mancha. These vines are trained on trellis to allow adequate air flow and sunlight to develop perfectly-ripened fruit. Bottled at 12.5% ABV.
