Pear – Peach – Floral
De Chanceny Cremant de Loire Brut is a first class Traditional Method sparkling wine made by the excellent Caves de Saumur in Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg. The blend is dominated by Chenin Blanc with 20% Chardonnay and 15% Cabernet Franc. The 2nd fermentation occurs in bottle which adds to its depth of flavour and complexity. Each bottle is aged for 18 months before disgorging. Bottled at 12.5% ABV.
