Strawberry – Peach – Menthol

The Moët & Chandon Brut Rosé is a blend of 3 varietals – Pinot Noir offering intensity, Pinot Meunier which lends roundness and Chardonnay for elegance. The blend is crafted to be consistent in a house style year after year and relies on a proportion of reserve wines to ensure this style is achieved each year by the master blenders. Produced using the classic Champagne method. Bottle fermented with 21 months on its lees to develop a lovely autolytic aroma of brioche and bread well integrated with the fruit flavours. 9 grams of dosage which provides a good balance to the crisp acidity. Bottled at 12% ABV.
