Craigellachie is something of an enigma amongst Speyside distillers, creating a style of spirit that is truly unique. A combination of oil fires during the malting process, a relatively short fermentation cycle, and traditional worm tub condensers contribute to a robust, oily spirit that is both complex and vibrant. Bottled at 46% ABV.
