Strawberry – Red Cherry – Herbaceous
Created from grapes grown on a directly South-facing slope near the Côte de Brouilly, on granitic soils. Low yields, naturally fully ripe. Hand harvested to preserve the whole bunches. Semi-carbonic maceration with ageing in old wood foudres and bottled with no fining or filtration. Bottled at 13% ABV.
