Raspberry – Redcurrant – Floral
Seresin Estate, situated in Marlborough, was founded by Michael Seresin in 1992. The estate has embraced organic culture from the beginning, and more recently the more rigorous biodynamics. The overall farming culture is perhaps closer to the old world with not only grapes, but olive trees, large vegetable and herb gardens, with livestock all feeding into this holistic, biodynamic culture. All grapes are hand harvested and hand sorted prior to wild yeast fermentation.Bottled at 13.5% ABV.
