Franck Massard knows good wine. Voted the UK’s top somellier in 1996 and later moving from wine serving to wine making, he learnt his trade with the Torres family before starting his own venture in Priorat in 2004. Franck believes all good wine starts in the vineyard and as such he devotes huge amounts of time to making sure the vines are in balance with the local ecosystem, employing organic viticulture and caring meticulously to ensure good biodiversity. Bottled at 13.5% ABV.

Flaming Pig gets its name from the great whiskey fire in Dublin in 1875 when 5000 barbells of whiskey caught on fire and the loan squeal of a flaming Pig raised the alarm saving the city and whiskey.
