Black Cherry – Violets – Rose
Matteo Ascheri is one of the most amusing, talented and outspoken winemakers in Piedmont, a man who makes a fantastic range of wines from a mixture of local and international grapes. In a region where value for money can be hard to come by, Matteo produces wines that deliver flavour, complexity and finesse at affordable prices. As with everything Matteo does, his winemaking ethos is clear; it is the expression of the vineyard, the grape and the climate that he is capturing, not his winemaking prowess. Bottled at 14% ABV.

Come by our venue in Islington this March to try Flaming Pig Irish Whiskey!
Flaming Pig is a blend of Irish Single Malt & Grain Whiskies made richer and spicier with added smokiness from intense charring.
Flaming Pig gets its name from the great whiskey fire in Dublin in 1875 when 5000 barbells of whiskey caught on fire and the loan squeal of a flaming Pig raised the alarm saving the city and whiskey.
