Green Melon – Pineapple Leaf – Citrus
As little as possible and as much as is absolutely necessary is the motto of the professional winery team at Colterenzio. Experience and intuition go hand in hand with the most up-to-date technology. Fermentation tanks lined with a refrigeration liquid jacket, and high capacity refrigeration units are used for temperature controlled fermentation in order to preserve varietal character in white wines. There is still controversy surrounding methods of “raising” the young wine and the team at Schreckbichl/Colterenzio are constantly in touch with colleagues in other wine-growing areas from France to California to New Zealand. Bottled at 13.5% ABV.

Come by our venue in Islington this March to try Flaming Pig Irish Whiskey!
Flaming Pig is a blend of Irish Single Malt & Grain Whiskies made richer and spicier with added smokiness from intense charring.
Flaming Pig gets its name from the great whiskey fire in Dublin in 1875 when 5000 barbells of whiskey caught on fire and the loan squeal of a flaming Pig raised the alarm saving the city and whiskey.
