A century of winemaking experience and over 100 hectares of south-facing vineyards give II Poggione a rich vineous pedigree. Between the vineyards and lush olive groves nestles the brand new winery, the modernity of which has contributed to yet further increases in an already supreme quality. 60% of the vineyards are used for the Brunello which has achieved numerous awards in recent years. Bottled at 14.5% ABV.

Flaming Pig gets its name from the great whiskey fire in Dublin in 1875 when 5000 barbells of whiskey caught on fire and the loan squeal of a flaming Pig raised the alarm saving the city and whiskey.
